The tenth jubilee ESTEL.FEST 2021 has started with a movie about the Russian people named “We are our Homeland”. People from different regions, cities and villages shared their stories about the things that unite them: love for their families, history, memory and a bright view into the future.
In 2021, the ESTEL.FEST was visited by individual and unique people with a shared vision. The professionals from all over Russia.
The time for Russian master hairdressers has come. The time for people who work for people. The time for the creative, brave and responsive. Awards of ESTEL.FEST 2021 have shown that our Homeland has been rich in talents. TOP SALON ESTEL award was received by the best beauty salons selected by clients themselves. The ESTEL Star has reached its heroes – hairdressers who are ready to create something new, while supporting the fine traditions of the Russian hairdressing school. The films presented by the ESTEL VIDEO AWARDS competition finalists have raised meaningful issues and found their way into the viewers’ hearts. This year, a special Teacher’s Award was given to an outstanding specialist and teacher of hairstyling Larisa V. Maslennikova.
There is a reason why the tenth festival is called Russian. Every moment and every detail was imbued with the Russian spirit. That is why it all started with music. For our people, a song has always been the symbol of unity. The ESTEL.FEST 2021 was full of live music played by a number of bands, such as Pelageya, a folk music group, and Aquarium. It all started with a symbolic gift – a CD with songs and poems which are beautiful and important for all of us. The first accord set the tone for the entire festival. The story about unity and our common life line continued in the presentation of RUSSO and ROSSO flaming perfumes through the mythological looks and fantastic fragrances. The business program of the festival gave us an opportunity to look at the topic from a different perspective: how we can help others, how important it is to love what you are doing and why we are stronger together than apart.
New Russian Phoenix collection show by ESTEL Academy was the peak of the festival. The film featured a heart-warming and meaningful story of our Homeland Russia, while the stage made room for a bright round dance of looks that brought together traditions and modernity. A story about out roots. About our origins. About our heritage. And at the same time it is about the present and the future built by all of us. The Russian Phoenix has told us much, and everyone could read the message and feel the emotions they needed. The most passionate, lively and incredible inspiration is born when both feelings and mind are awaken.
Unity through beauty. Unity through music. Unity through a common goal. Unity through values and attitudes. Unity through spirit. We feel our entity to the full extent, when we come together, look each other in the eye, and speak the same language. We are one. We are together. We are all closely related.
